Do prices include VAT?
Prices include VAT in European Union countries. In the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and countries not belonging to the European Union, prices are not subject to VAT.
Do items marked “Sold out” get restocked?
If an item is sold out, we try to restock it. If no more stock is available, or there is no prevision of it, the item gets out of the website.
Will I receive the same item as shown on the website?
Yes. All our items correspond to their pictures on our website. The colours of the pictures are as close to the original as possible. You have to bear in mind that the garments´ colours can appear in different shades when shown on different devices. The higher the screen resolution, the more real the colour you will get.
Can I receive news from the shop regularly?
Yes. All you have to do is to subscribe to our newsletter and we will keep you informed about new arrivals, offers and promotions.
Can I remove items from my order?
You can modify your order, deleting or adding items in My Cart, before you place it.
How can I be sure that I have placed my order in the right way?
After completing your order, you will receive an email confirming all your shopping details. In case that you do not receive it, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Can I cancel my order?
If your order has not be delivered to the courier yet, you can cancel it. Please, contact us at email@example.com as soon as possible.
What can I do if I get a faulty item?
In Fashion Baby Place we make sure that our items are sent in a perfect state. But if, exceptionally, you get a faulty item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
What can I do if a get an incorrect item?
If by error you receive an incorrect item or a mistaken size, please contact us at email@example.com and we will send you the right item. In this case, shipping costs are on Fashion Baby Place.
Can I refuse to pick up my order?
If for any reason you refuse to receive or to pick up your order, and the parcel comes back to our shop, we will refund you the amount of your purchase, deducting original shipping costs and other costs derived from the return (storage in the courier facilities, return costs, etc.).
