How can I return an item?
If you wish to return an item from your order, or the entire order, we kindly ask you to contact us at info@fashionbabyplace.es We will send you an email with instructions to complete the return. Returns of garments ordered by special request to the providers (items not available in the website) are not admitted.

In what conditions do the items have to be to send them back?
All items must be unused, in perfect state and with all their labels attached. Please, return the item in its original packaging. For hygiene reasons, hair accessories can not be returned or exchanged (unless they prove to be faulty).

What kind of items can be returned?
You can return any item that you do not like or that does not fill your expectations (excluding hair accessories).
In case of return of sale merchandise, a personal coupon purchase will be issued, with unlimited validity, once the shipping costs have been deduced. Check the shipping rates here.

Do I have to pay for the return?
Shipping costs relative to the return are on the customer. In the case that you receive an incorrect item, shipping costs will be at our expenses. If you live outside Spain and choose to return your order, you will be refunded the amount of your purchase, minus the original shipping costs.

How can I send back the items to be returned?
Returned items can be sent via delivery-certified mail or courier. Please, ask for a receipt as a proof of the shipping. If you prefer that our courier picks up the items to be returned, please indicate so and we will arrange date and hours for the parcel to be picked up. In this case, costs derived from this service will be deducted from the refund. Check the section Shipping Costs.

What is the timeline to make a return?
Returns can be made within 14 days since the order has been delivered. Once this limit is over, returns will not be admitted.

If I am over the timeline, what are my options?
If you are over the 14 days timeline, we offer you an exchange for another garment. In this case, pick up and new delivery shipping costs are on the customer. In order to ask for such exchanges, please contact us at info@fashionbabyplace.es Timeline in this case is 30 days since you received your order.

How will I get the refund?
Once we have received the items and the return is approved, you will get the refund in the same way that you payed the order.

Once we have received the items and the return is approved, we will make the refund immediately. We will send you an email confirming the refund. In the case of credit cards, the term depends on your bank. In the case of PayPal, the refund is immediate. In case of bank transfer, it takes 2-3 working days.

What should I do if the amount of the refund is incorrect?
Please, send us an email to info@fashionbabyplace.es as soon as possible in order to solve the issue.

Fashion Baby Place reserves the right to refuse returns notified or sent outside the fixed timelines, as well as the right to reject garments that find themselves in conditions different than the original.
